- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- If the return is due to a quality issue, please provide relevant photos or supporting documentation.
Return Process
- Submit a request
Contact our customer service team at support@summersfridays.site with your return request, including your order details and photos (if applicable). - Review and approval
We will review your return request within 1-2 business days and send you a return address along with detailed instructions for eligible returns. - Return the product
Ensure the product is securely packaged and sent via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipping. - Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days, credited to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to quality issues or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns based on other reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special sale or promotional items (unless there is a quality issue).
- Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging.
